Rep. Nan Hayworth (NY) has accepted the resignation of spokesman Jay Townsend today after remarks by him on Facebook led to calls of his resignation from Democrat challenger Richard Becker. Townsend posted the following in a Facebook thread. “Listen to Tom. What a little bee he has in his bonnet. Buzz Buzz.
