President Obama in a recent campaign stop said that “he forgot” how bad the economy was when he took over the Presidency in 2009 from George W. Bush. This of course was an attempt to harken back to how bad things were when he took over, but the National Republican Congressional Committee has taken “I forgot” and are using it to their advantage.
