Today the May jobs reports numbers came out with 80,000 new jobs added to the workforce and a flat unemployment rate maintained at 8.2%. This allows both sides of the isle to spin that number. President Barrack Obama told a crowd in Poland, Ohio today that the jobs report along with the growth of the past 28 months is a “step in the right direction”.
